Overview

The Customer Care Associate is a key member of the Customer Care team, responsible for assisting shareholders via phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This role is 100% remote and involves interacting with shareowners and the investment community.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of previous call center experience.
  • Strong communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Willingness to learn about financial services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Must be comfortable using technology and multiple systems.
  • Ability to perform research during and after calls.
  • Maintain adherence to risk and compliance requirements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Overtime may be required based on business needs.
  • Must maintain required performance metrics.
