We are looking for a Technical Writer who can make complex ideas simple, owning product documentation and ensuring users find clear, accurate information fast.

In Short

• Write and maintain product docs, API guides, and help articles
• Collaborate with engineers and PMs to understand features
• Create onboarding materials and user tutorials
• Develop internal process documentation and SOPs
• Maintain content accuracy as the product evolves

Requirements

• Exceptional written English — clear, precise, readable
• Experience writing technical content for software products
• Familiarity with documentation tools (Notion, Confluence, Readme)
• Organised and comfortable working independently
