Technical Writer - Remote

Overview

This position involves creating and updating documentation, knowledgebase, and training materials to support the business needs of RQI Partners, a partnership focused on transforming resuscitation training.

• Creating and maintaining technical documentation for web-based platforms.
• Collaborating with technical teams to document software issues.
• Delivering training to internal and external users.
• Translating complex technical information into clear documentation.
• Developing training materials in various formats.
• Partnering with subject matter experts for high-quality content.
• Maintaining up-to-date manuals and guides.
• Ensuring clarity across stakeholders.
• Assessing documentation solutions for technical and business audiences.
• Managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of technical writing experience.
• Strong skills in creating process documentation.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience with authoring tools and template-driven content.
• Proficiency in MS Word for large documents.
• Ability to work early-morning EST hours.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Jira or Confluence preferred.
• Experience using AI tools for digital content preferred.
