• Design and implement smart workflows in the Deals module.
• Automate lead-to-deal conversion and reduce manual processes.
• Build task automation to maximize team productivity.
• Create real-time dashboards for key company KPIs.
• Develop branded portals for borrowers and clients.
• Deploy Zoho’s AI tools and integrate Zoho apps into a unified platform.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Zoho CRM and the Zoho ecosystem.
