Overview

We’re hiring a Google Ads Specialist to join our internal team and own the hands-on execution of paid search campaigns for U.S.-based local service businesses.

In Short

• Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns from scratch.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting.
• Perform keyword research and write compelling ad copy.
• Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, extensions, and landing pages.
• Maintain documentation and reporting in line with agency standards.
• Proactively flag underperformance and suggest improvements.
