Overview

We are looking for talented and experienced individuals to manage and create content for numerous social media accounts and assist the CEO with administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for coming up with content ideas, have VERY strong graphic design and video editing skills, managing social media accounts, and supporting the CEO with various administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be EXTREMELY detail-oriented and creative.

In Short

• Create and execute social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for numerous businesses.
• Edit videos for social media. Video editing experience is a MUST for this position. MUST have 3 years of experience with either Wondershare, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent - iMovie or iPhone app experience will not be considered.
• Manage social media accounts, including creating and curating content for captions, scheduling posts, and responding to comments and messages.
• Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers and other marketing influencers across various industries.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to the CEO.
• Assist the CEO with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
• Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
• Organize company events and meetings, both in-person and virtual.
• Provide general office support as needed.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in video editing with Wondershare, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
• Strong graphic design skills.
• Experience in managing social media accounts.
• Detail-oriented and creative mindset.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in administrative support.
