Graphic Designer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who is not only a strong visual storyteller, but also a creative problem-solver with a deep understanding of branding and communication design. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace challenges, and bring positive energy to the team.

In Short

• Create graphic solutions based on a brief of corporate identity, logotypes, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials
• Work closely with internal customers (PR, HR, Sales, etc.), design project manager, and other graphic designers and technicians
• Design tasks completion within the deadline and according to the task description and technical constraints. Be able to predict possible risks and offer alternatives
• Comply with the rules established in the corresponding project (defect control system, etc.)
• Proofread before delivery, produce accurate and high-quality work
• Adhere to the design department guidelines (storage structure and source files handling culture)
• Communicate with a Design PM, Art Director, and Senior Designers on any project issues that affect time & effort estimates or design processes

Requirements

• At least 3 years in professional commercial design, preferably in a marketing or creative agency
• Strong portfolio of commercial projects is a must
• Extensive experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, MS PowerPoint, and Figma — specifically with mockups, web design, and multimedia presentations
• Experience with retouching and graphics
• Experience in developing stylistics from scratch
• Experience in the estimation of tasks and complex projects
• Intermediate level of English
