In Short

• Own the planning and implementation of the Payroll chapter.
• Manage the Payroll team and provide guidance and mentorship.
• Ensure payroll is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with regulations.
• Serve as a point of contact for payroll-related matters.
• Stay updated with international payroll laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement best practices and performance metrics.
• Experience in global payroll operations and managing third-party services.
• Proficient in software tools like SAP and Excel.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Requirements

• Large experience in regional/global payroll operations.
• Understanding of global payroll best practices.
• Experience in implementing payroll in multiple countries.
• Passionate about managing people without micromanaging.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Productivity-oriented and proactive.
• Experience working asynchronously is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
