You will provide critical administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring seamless processes and helping drive customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Prepare accurate and timely sales quotes for customers.
  • Track and follow up on quotes to guarantee timely responses.
  • Submit deal registrations promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Assist with order processing and shipment tracking.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries.
  • Support the Sales Director with reports.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Record recurring billing and generate renewal opportunities.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting sales teams and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable laptop.
