We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Support & Executive Assistant to join a UK-based company. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior management to manage sales leads, follow up with potential clients, and ensure smooth administrative operations. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in supporting sales processes and maintaining excellent client relationships.

You will play a key part in driving business growth by keeping sales pipelines active and ensuring no opportunities are missed.

In Short

  • Manage and track incoming sales leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate CRM updates.
  • Liaise with potential clients via email and phone to schedule meetings and provide information.
  • Support the sales team with preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Maintain the sales pipeline by organising leads, tracking progress, and highlighting priority opportunities.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including calendar management, expense reporting, and email correspondence.
  • Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure seamless communication.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights on lead progress and conversions.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales support or administrative roles.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
