We are seeking a proactive and organised Lead Manager to join a dynamic UK-based team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing all incoming leads across LinkedIn and Apollo. You’ll ensure seamless communication with prospects, maintain up-to-date records, and maximise the use of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Additionally, you’ll handle light administrative tasks to support smooth team operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, engaging with leads, and keeping processes organised.

In Short

  • Manage and engage with all leads generated via LinkedIn and Apollo.
  • Send timely and professional messages to prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up and relationship building.
  • Maximise the use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead tracking.
  • Upload and organise leads into CRM systems for effective outreach.
  • Keep lead records updated and well-documented for the team.
  • Coordinate meeting notifications by sharing details in Slack and other team platforms.
  • Support the team with light administrative duties to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead management, LinkedIn outreach, or CRM administration (2+ years preferred).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Slack.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Access to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.
