Overview

This is a full-time, remote position based in the continental United States. As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in helping our Group Benefits sales team thrive by managing the operations behind the scenes so they can focus on what they do best: closing deals and serving clients.

• Strong understanding of broker/partner dynamics.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Self-starter mindset with proactive problem-solving skills.
