Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to assist a UK-based sales team with administrative tasks, client communications, and pipeline management. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment.

In Short

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations
  • Manage and update the CRM system with accurate client and deal information
  • Coordinate follow-up communications with prospects and clients
  • Track sales activities, pipeline stages, and reporting metrics
  • Handle inbound sales enquiries and route them to the appropriate team member
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, demos, and calls for the sales team
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and client onboarding

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales support, admin, or coordination role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is advantageous
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a remote environment
