We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and recruitment-savvy Operations & Executive Support Specialist to join a high-performing UK-based recruitment consultancy. This role is designed for a well-rounded operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment and understands the nuances of recruitment.

In Short

  • Manage candidate and client communications, including interview confirmations, calendar invites, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with interview progress, notes, and task lists.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process by managing logistics and providing admin support on live jobs.
  • Handle contract creation and documentation for contractors and placements.
  • Build and manage LinkedIn search projects for new business outreach and candidate sourcing.
  • Support outbound prospecting and business development by managing LinkedIn messages, following up with leads, and scheduling meetings.
  • Identify repetitive, lower-value tasks and take full ownership of them, allowing the founder to focus on high-leverage work.
  • Provide strategic reminders and accountability check-ins to help keep business goals on track.

  • Experience in recruitment.

  • Confidence to manage systems, relationships, and priorities without constant supervision.
