In Short

• Maintain accurate product costings, pricing structures, and margin reports.
• Manage and update wholesale and retail price lists, product documentation, and supplier quotes.
• Liaise with global B2B and B2C stockists, ensuring smooth operational coordination.
• Provide first-line customer service for ecommerce orders.
• Support the onboarding of new products — uploading assets, imagery, and product data.
• Assist with planning and scheduling content for Instagram.
• Track sales and stock levels, flagging best-sellers and replenishment needs.
• Generate monthly sales and stock reports with actionable insights.
• Refresh and distribute sales collateral for each new product launch.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements.
