Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and improve our core business operations. This fully remote role requires a strategic thinker who can manage teams, streamline processes, and ensure operational excellence.

In Short

• Oversee daily operational activities across multiple departments
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Manage and mentor team leads and department heads
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure operational performance
• Coordinate with HR, finance, and technology teams on cross-functional initiatives

• Prepare operational reports and present insights to executive leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related leadership role
• Proven ability to lead remote or distributed teams effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a BPO, recruitment, or technology environment is advantageous
• Relevant degree in Business Administration or Management preferred
