Live Chat Support Agent - Remote

Overview

We are hiring entry-level Live Chat Support Agents to assist UK-based clients with their customer service operations. This is a fully remote role that requires no prior experience — all training is provided. You will interact with customers via live chat, resolving queries and providing excellent support.

In Short

• Handle incoming live chat queries from customers professionally and efficiently
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues as needed

Requirements

• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM preferred)
• Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• No experience required — training provided
