Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Success professional to support a UK-based employer, helping to onboard new customers and ramp up to full-time support as the user base grows. This role is ideal for a South African professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In Short

  • Provide exceptional support to new customers during the onboarding process
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, FAQs, and other resources to support customer queries
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams
  • Work closely with the product team to ensure that customer needs are being met
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve customer support efficiency
  • Identify and escalate customer issues to the relevant teams
  • Continuously evaluate and improve customer support processes

Requirements

  • 2-3 years' experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Confidence using CRM software and helpdesk systems
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Previous experience with UK clients is advantageous
  • Access to a reliable laptop and stable internet connection
