We are seeking a Sourcer/Recruiter to join our fast-growing global staffing agency, focusing on identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent from Kenya, the Philippines, and Latin America.

• Identify and source qualified candidates through multiple channels.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for active and future roles.

• Present qualified candidates to recruiters or hiring managers.
• Work closely with recruiters and client account managers.
• Track sourcing activities in the ATS or recruitment database.

Requirements

• Sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Strong understanding of global talent sourcing.
• Experience using sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
