Overview

Remo Medical Group is hiring a full-time Remote Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care for individuals living with dementia and their caregivers.

In Short

• Provide evaluation and support for patients with cognitive disorders.
• Maintain a 24/7 clinical triage line for assessments and interventions.
• Educate caregivers on best practices in dementia care.
• Collaborate with medical team to meet quality targets.
• Assist with care transitions and discharge planning.

Requirements

• Registered and multi-state licensed nurse.
• Minimum of 5 years nursing experience, including 2 years in dementia care.
• Phone triage experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Passion for holistic patient care.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
