Requirements

• 1 year of experience in tech recruitment or relevant internship.
• Understanding of the tech industry and IT terminology.
• Excited about technology and product development.
• Resourceful and proactive in talent sourcing.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Organized and detail-oriented in managing data.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ATS tools is a plus.
• Exposure to startups is advantageous.
