Manager, Software Engineering - Remote

Overview

As Relyance AI’s Manager, Software Engineering, you will lead the delivery of our next-generation AI product and then lead a global team delivering continuing to build out the offering. You will be responsible for the technical vision, strategy, and execution of critical software initiatives that are the future of Relyance AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Python experience.
• A strong technical background with a deep understanding of software engineering principles.
• Meaningful experience working on an AI/ML product.
• Proven experience managing and leading engineering product releases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
