• Programming experience in R or Python.
• Strong understanding of data governance and quality best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and influence decisions.
• Track record of mentoring and supporting junior staff.
• Experience in a cross-functional environment.
