Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of in-home sales experience (required).
• Comfortable with one-call closes and script-based selling.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Professional, presentable, and customer-focused.
• Ability to manage your own schedule and jobs from start to finish.
• Must maintain a minimum 20% closing ratio to continue receiving leads.
• Self-motivated and results-driven — this is a fully independent role.
