Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Software Engineer contributes to the design, development, and operation of cloud-native web applications that power our business. This role is ideal for an early-career engineer who enjoys learning modern technologies, solving real-world problems, and growing their skills in cloud and full-stack development on Microsoft Azure.

• Contribute to the design and development of secure, maintainable, and scalable web applications.
• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews.
• Gain experience with front-end and back-end systems using modern JavaScript frameworks and Azure services.
• Work with microservices, containers, and managed Azure services.
• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to speed up development.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Learn from senior engineers and contribute ideas in design sessions.
• 1–2 years of experience in building or supporting commercial software.
• Familiarity with Object Oriented concepts and relational/nosql databases.
• Strong willingness to learn and collaborate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience) is a bonus.
• Exposure to microservices, APIs, or distributed systems is a plus.
• Curiosity about AI-assisted development tools.
