Software Design Consultant - Remote

In Short

• Work with clients to understand patient access workflows.
• Design and configure workflows in Relatient's DASHsuite.
• Collaborate with teams to align product design with business priorities.
• Implement software platforms and interfaces according to best practices.
• Stay updated on product development for client implementations.
• Identify and escalate client risks appropriately.
• Translate technical concepts for client communication.
• Monitor and enhance existing applications as needed.
• Facilitate software testing for optimal results.
• Create knowledge documentation for team education.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL.
• Excellent people skills to engage stakeholders.
• Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills with multitasking ability.
• Extraordinary attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative and able to build excellent working relationships.
