• Analyze customer requirements and create tailored implementation concepts.
• Implement standard software for customers, considering individual process requirements.
• Ensure the success of implementation projects by creating and monitoring project plans and milestones.
• Advise and support customers on technical and process-related questions, both on-site and via remote support.
• Analyze customer feedback and work closely with our development team to continuously improve our solutions.
• Conduct software training for customers, either on-site, remotely, or in our office.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in software implementation, process consulting, or project management.
• Knowledge of business processes and experience with software solutions for automation and process optimization.
• Ideally, experience with ERP, HR, or financial software.
• Technical understanding and interest in digital solutions.
• Customer orientation and consulting skills - finding pragmatic solutions for individual requirements.
• Initiative and structured working style.
• Very good German and English skills.
