Overview

We are looking for a full-time Talkdesk Administrator with consultative experience to optimize, maintain, and evolve the platform. The role combines technical configuration with strategic process improvements, ensuring that Talkdesk meets the changing needs of the business.

In Short

  • Manage flows, routing, and system configurations.
  • Implement and update IVRs, routing rules, and call flows.
  • Address daily requests from operational and support teams.
  • Optimization and Best Practices
  • Evaluate current Talkdesk configuration and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Implement optimal contact center practices, prioritizing efficiency without relying on add-ons.
  • Maximize reporting, workforce management, and performance management.
  • Consultative Support
  • Translate operational needs into effective configurations.
  • Provide strategic insights on platform trends and capabilities.
  • Collaboration and Knowledge Transfer
  • Coordinate with internal teams (CRM/Salesforce) to ensure smooth integrations.
  • Document processes and provide training.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Talkdesk Administrator or similar platforms (Amazon Connect, Five9, Genesys).
  • Solid knowledge in IVRs, routing, reporting, and workforce management.
  • Experience in dynamic environments with frequent configuration changes.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and integrations with contact centers.
  • Upper Intermediate English (B2 level).
  • Experience with chatbot/AI integration (desirable).
  • Flexibility for both operational and strategic tasks.
