Account Manager – Digital Marketing Agency - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and client-focused Account Manager to oversee digital projects and act as a liaison between internal creative/technical teams and clients. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are aligned.

In Short

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining clear and professional communication.
• Understand each client’s design and development needs to ensure the team's work aligns with their objectives.
• Coordinate internally with design, development, and marketing teams to manage project execution.
• Monitor deliverables and timelines, identifying and solving potential issues proactively.
• Prepare and present progress updates, performance KPIs, and strategic insights.
• Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities that add genuine value to the client.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, setting clear expectations and managing them effectively.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in account management, project coordination, or client services within a digital agency, web development, or marketing environment.
• Solid understanding of web development processes and graphic design work.
• Advanced English (C1+) – both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Trello, Monday).
• Strong emotional intelligence to manage complex conversations and align teams effectively.
