In Short

• Lead webinar initiatives to attract and engage new prospects.
• Support digital presence by showcasing planned webinars on the organization's website.
• Manage the organization’s webinar calendar and share updates with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams for successful webinar launches.
• Implement measurements for campaign performance and refine webinar strategies.
• Initiate lead data entry projects post-webinars and ensure alignment between marketing and sales.
• Work with Global Office teams to plan and execute webinars globally.
• Manage printed marketing collateral deliveries.
• Help maintain project management platform (Monday.com) for team projects.
• Join a mission-driven team dedicated to helping companies meet compliance needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related role, specifically supporting webinar events.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities, adept at managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Proven ability to organize projects and drive teams to completion.
• Detail and process-oriented with a strong sense of accomplishment.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively.
• Experience in project management/tools is required (Monday.com is a plus).

Benefits

• Target base salary of 50-55k.
• Remote eligible position; onsite in Hampton, VA is preferred.
