Overview

The ERM Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting, developing, and managing the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Program, focusing on risk analysis, vendor management, and commercial insurance procurement.

In Short

  • Support the ERM Program and risk mitigation efforts.
  • Work closely with the Compliance team to identify and manage third-party risks.
  • Prepare presentations for the ERM Committee and Board of Directors.
  • Lead the annual SOC1 and SOC2 review process.
  • Conduct vendor due diligence for critical vendors.
  • Manage the annual renewals of the commercial insurance program.
  • Communicate risk management issues to executive leadership.
  • Assist in compliance areas such as consumer complaints and state examinations.
  • Develop a broad understanding of the company's business and risk management practices.
  • Champion sound risk management practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a similar field.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and work under pressure.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in enterprise risk management or compliance is preferred.
  • Exceptional computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Desire to become a compliance professional focused on risk management.
  • Willingness to manage administrative functions.
