Overview

As a Field Trainer, you will play a crucial role in developing new hires and ongoing learning for field teams, delivering impactful training through in-person sessions and virtual webinars while traveling extensively across the country.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • Two years of leadership experience in the consumer finance industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to deliver training in-person and virtually.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Bilingual fluency is a plus.
  • Experience with learning management systems.
  • Track record of facilitating training in multi-site environments.
  • Experience hosting webinars and virtual training events.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
