Overview

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Director, IP Trademark Brand Development to support the development, protection, and management of Regeneron’s valuable intellectual property pertaining to brand protection.

In Short

• Oversee Regeneron trademark and copyright portfolios.
• Support worldwide enforcement of trademarks and copyrights.
• Lead cross-functional teams for brand strategy.
• Provide guidance on generic and brand names for drug approvals.
• Manage a large and complex trademark docket.
• Support global trademark prosecution portfolio.
• Develop SOPs and guidelines for nomenclature.
• Train staff on best practices and policies.
• Support counterfeiting mitigation efforts.
• Build client relationships across various departments.

Requirements

• B.A./B.S. or Masters (preferably in life sciences).
• Minimum of 10 years experience with trademark and copyright matters.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Experience in biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical fields.
• Ability to lead internal governing bodies.
• Proficiency in trademark search and analysis.
• Experience with trademark libraries and nomenclature.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
