• Act as the go-to expert for international commercial teams, providing guidance on HCP engagement and sponsorship processes.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals and online resources.
• Coordinate training programs for internal teams.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and commercial teams to ensure consistency and regulatory alignment.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HCP engagement and contracting processes.
• Support the creation and management of procedural documents.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
