Manager of Digital Health Technologies - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a Digital Health Technologies (DHT) Manager to craft the future of clinical trials through innovative digital tools and technologies. In this role, you’ll own the successful implementation of digital solutions—like eCOAs, eConsent, sensors, wearables, spirometry, and ECG—across clinical research studies.

In Short

• Lead the implementation of digital tools for clinical trials.
• Define and support study-level strategies for validating eClinical technologies.
• Oversee digital vendor performance and manage KPIs.
• Manage project timelines, documentation, and risk mitigation.
• Monitor financial aspects and ensure timely vendor outputs.
• Mentor new team members and provide training.
• Contribute to the creation of standards for eSource modalities.
• Stay current with trends in digital clinical technologies.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration.
• Up to 25% travel may be required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital tools in a clinical research setting.
• Strong grasp of ICH/GCP guidelines.
• Proficiency in project management and vendor oversight.
• Experience in strategic planning and partner communication.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project Server preferred.
• Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments.
• Comfortable leading multiple timelines in a regulated setting.
• Proactive and organized approach to problem-solving.
