Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Clinical Study Lead (CSL) to drive complex, global clinical trials with precision and purpose. At Regeneron, you’ll lead high-impact clinical studies from protocol design to closeout, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget targets are consistently met.

In Short

• Lead cross-functional study teams to deliver global clinical trials on time and within scope.
• Manage all aspects of operational planning, including protocols and data review plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP and study budgeting.
• Experience in vendor oversight is essential.
• Preferred experience leading both internally and externally sourced studies.
• Ability to make informed decisions based on study data and timelines.
• Skills in ensuring quality and compliance at every trial execution stage.
• Strong leadership and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working under pressure and escalating issues as needed.
