In Short

• Responsible for the management, implementation, and monitoring of all legal and compliance-related topics in the company.
• Focus on information security and data protection.
• Coordination of contract management and legal processes.
• Part-time position with an initial workload of 8 hours per week.
• Opportunity for increased hours and further development of the position.
• Continuous development and maintenance of the information security management system (ISMS).
• Act as the primary contact for internal and external inquiries regarding data protection.
• Collaboration with external Data Protection Officer (DPO).
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements in information security.
• Provide quality assurance for contract documents.

Requirements

• Completed studies in law, business law, or a comparable qualification.
• Proven professional experience in compliance, ideally related to information security and data protection.
• Familiarity with terms such as deletion periods, deletion concepts, and PII.
• Basic understanding of ISO 27001 requirements.
• Structured, independent, and meticulous working style.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
