Overview

As a Principal Data Scientist at Elastic, you will be responsible for developing and integrating statistical tools and machine learning models to enhance our AI/ML driven Search experiences.

• Lead innovation in AI/ML driven Search solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in NLP production use cases.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience in Python.
• Experience in Generative AI and information retrieval.
• Familiarity with libraries like PyTorch and Pandas.
• Experience with Jupyter for prototyping.
• Expertise in AI/ML quality evaluation.
• Self-motivated and collaborative style.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Passion for data analysis.
• Experience with Elasticsearch is a plus.
