In Short

  • Be a strong advocate for the AWS & Elastic relationship, both internally and externally.
  • Work closely with the sales leadership team to support and drive co-sell engagement.
  • Work across the partner team to drive in country activities.
  • In cooperation with AWS build, execute and monitor QBR’s.
  • Identify and resolve enablement gaps across the field organization.
  • Use your experience, creativity and ambition to rapidly scale.

Requirements

  • You will have a deep understanding of the AWS processes, programs and know what success looks like.
  • Know how to get multi people from multiple teams on board to support your projects.
  • Think outside-in, how to integrate the Elastic GTM in to the AWS GTM.
  • Have experience across sales, marketing and channel preferable with management experience.
  • Know what it takes to work with internal and external executive.
  • Are data driven in understanding the state of the business and support decision making.
  • A strong network across AWS to help you succeed.
  • Willingness to travel and experienced in EMEA markets.
