• Work closely with data science partners and product leaders.
• Improve capacity and efficiency of existing experimentation tools.
• Research and build new testing methodologies and tools.
• Lead experimentation practices across Ads marketplace teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, product, and data science teams.
• Build optimizations to improve advertiser outcomes.
• Leverage live auction data for real-time campaign bids.
• Design new bid and budget optimization products.
• Conduct rigorous A/B experiments to evaluate business impact.
• Participate in setting long-term direction for the team.

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative discipline.
• 7+ years of contributing high-quality code to production systems.
• 5+ years of experience building ads-serving related systems.
• Experience building A/B testing frameworks for multiparty marketplace scenarios.
• Experience leading large engineering teams.
