In Short

  • Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams.
  • Contribute to the full development cycle including technical design and launch.
  • Participate in a team of motivated engineers and mentor others.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for backend development.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of coding experience in a production setting.
  • 3+ years designing large-scale distributed systems.
  • Experience with Golang, Python, or Rust.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL, REST, HTTP, gRPC.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
