Overview

We are seeking a data-driven Engineering Manager with a strong machine learning background to lead a team within our Growth organization, focusing on enhancing user conversion, platform engagement, user modeling, and personalization.

Requirements

• Proficient in Java, Go, or Python.
• Ability to implement experimental ideas for growth.
• Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills.
• Experience in engineering management in tech companies.
• Domain expertise in ML and recommendation systems.
