In Short

• Act as the analytics engineering lead within Ads DS team.
• Work on ETLs, reporting dashboards, and data aggregations.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and workflows.
• Create user-friendly tools for internal use across teams.
• Lead efforts to build a data-driven culture at Reddit.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data analysts.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineering managers.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in a quantitative discipline.
• 7+ years of experience with large-scale ETL systems.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, Scala.
• Experience with data modeling and ETL concepts.
• Experience with data workflows and visualization tools.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in mentoring junior data scientists.
