Overview

As a Product Owner at Redcare Pharmacy, you will transform strategic roadmaps into reliable production plans, ensuring a smooth delivery flow and continuous improvement.

In Short

• Collect structured stakeholder input.
• Translate product goals into a realistic, prioritized delivery plan.
• Maintain a clear backlog with definitions of ready/done and measurable acceptance criteria.
• Plan sprints and releases with the engineering team.
• Identify bottlenecks, address risks early, and pragmatically resolve blockers.
• Moderate post-mortems and feed actions back into the backlog.
• Create transparency through dashboards for planning, quality, and throughput.

Requirements

• Experience as a Technical PO, Technical Project Manager, or similar in a software environment.
• Proficient in agile methodologies (Scrum) with a focus on planning and quality.
• Data-driven decision-making and analytical prioritization skills.
• Clear and precise communication in German and English.
