Overview

Redcare Pharmacy is seeking an HR Business Analyst (m/f/d) with a focus on Workday to act as a critical link between HR and IT. This role involves gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and optimizing systems to enhance business value.

In Short

• Collaborate with HR teams to document business needs related to Workday.
• Analyze and propose improvements to existing business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience as a BA or HRIS Analyst with Workday exposure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and requirement documentation.
• Knowledge of business process modeling tools and methodologies.
• Change management capabilities.
