Requirements

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in startups.
• At least 3 years of experience in B2C marketing.
• Demonstrable experience in creating and executing marketing strategies.
• Strong grasp of technology trends, market dynamics, and business development strategies.
• Passion for fostering growth, innovation, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and process design.
• Fluency in both Polish and English.
