Overview

The Senior Manager of Member Experience at Recuro Health will oversee teams and processes that impact member satisfaction and contact center metrics, aiming to enhance the overall member experience in healthcare.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years in advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • 3+ years in healthcare operations.
  • 3+ years of management or supervisory roles.
  • 2+ years in management consulting or business strategy roles.
  • 1+ years in contact center operations preferred.
