Overview

We’re looking for a passionate Community Advocate to join us and help build, nurture, and scale our Discord community from the ground up—making Recraft not just a tool, but a vibrant home for creators.

In Short

• Own and lead the entire discord community experience.
• Creating and curating educational and inspiring content.
• Set up processes to collect and analyze community sentiment.
• Design and run engaging events to foster engagement.
• Build and maintain channels and guidelines for user segments.
• Monitor community health through qualitative and quantitative metrics.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and UX teams.
• Be the voice of our users and champion their needs.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience managing Discord communities.
• Excellent communication skills in writing and voice.
• Experience running virtual interactions and managing bots.
• Strong empathy for creators and familiarity with design workflows.
• Familiar with community analytics tools or capable of setting up dashboards.
• Strong sense of what drives engagement and retention.
