In Short

• You independently support existing customers both digitally and via phone and acquire new veterinary practices.
• You competently present our product portfolio with a focus on our own brands and actively sell.
• Through your expertise, thorough customer analysis, and joy in selling, you identify individual needs and develop long-term customer relationships.
• You implement sales goals in your sales area with commitment and determination.
• You plan your appointments independently and document them in our CRM, including follow-up measures.

Requirements

• You have at least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in field sales or digital sales.
• Qualification as a pharmaceutical representative or proven expertise is desirable.
• Ideally, experience in veterinary sales or qualification as a veterinary assistant, pharmaceutical technician, or veterinarian.
• Working with a laptop, smartphone, tablet, and Office 365 as well as a CRM is second nature to you.
• You see selling as a means to increase customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• You possess excellent communication skills - even on screen or over the phone.
• You are goal-oriented and work in a structured manner without tolerance for chaos.
