Sales and Customer Support Representative (m/f/d) - Automotive - Remote

Overview

We are a rapidly growing SaaS company focused on automotive dealership management. Our software already supports over 120 clients and more than 500 businesses in better understanding their numbers and managing them more efficiently. With our small, dedicated team of 12, we are shaping the future of the automotive SME sector – digitally, practically, and data-driven.

To better support our customers and expand our sales efforts, we are looking for you to assist in Sales and Customer Management.

In Short

• Coordinate and manage our deal pipeline in HubSpot
• Assist with appointment scheduling, preparation, and coordination for customer meetings (online & phone)
• Prepare sales documents and presentations (templates available)
• Ensure smooth operations in the back office – from CRM maintenance to proposal creation
• Support our existing customers organizationally and assist with onboarding & inquiries
• Work closely with management, support, and product teams

Requirements

• Initial experience in sales support, customer service, or commercial area
• Enjoy organizing and keeping track of appointments and processes
• Proficient in digital tools (e.g., email, Excel, ideally CRM like HubSpot)
• Friendly, structured, and reliable work style
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written form
• No technical expertise required – we will train you well!
• Optional: Experience in the automotive sector or software environment
